At Dr. Aniket Kulkarni Clinic, we aim to ensure that all orders placed through our online store are delivered safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders received after 6 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is processed and shipped.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take additional time.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability, holidays, or unforeseen delays such as bad weather.

Shipping Charges

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply depending on location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional days or qualifying orders (subject to change without prior notice).

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor delivery progress.

  • Orders can also be tracked through your registered account on our website.

2. Return and Replacement Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and opened. Please review the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged, tampered, or expired.

  • You reported the issue within 48 hours of delivery to our support team with clear photo or video evidence.

If these conditions are met, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion after verifying the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Medicines damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Orders placed without prior medical consultation and later self-reported as “ineffective.”

Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Cancellations are not accepted once dispatch confirmation has been shared.

  • In case you wish to cancel an order before shipping, please contact our support team immediately at info@draniketkulkarni.in or via phone.

4. Important Note

🩺 All buyers are entitled to a free 10-minute consultation before starting any medicine purchased from our store. If a buyer skips the consultation and takes medicine directly, we will not be responsible for any side effects, wrong dosage, or health reactions.
